Mathematics Expert (Masters/PhDs)

What You'll Do

• Develop, solve, and critically review advanced mathematical problems with real-world relevance and depth.
• Design complex problem statements drawing on your expertise in algebra, calculus, statistics, discrete mathematics, or related areas.
• Evaluate AI-generated mathematical reasoning for correctness, rigor, and clarity.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to push the boundaries of AI mathematical reasoning.
• Ensure every deliverable meets the highest standards of mathematical accuracy and logical coherence.
• Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule.

Who You Are

• Master's or PhD in Mathematics or a closely related field.
• Deep expertise in one or more of: algebra, calculus, statistics, or discrete mathematics.
• Comfortable working with Python, MATLAB, or Mathematica for research or problem-solving applications.
• Naturally detail-oriented — you notice when a proof doesn't hold or a derivation goes wrong.
• Clear and precise written communicator who can explain complex ideas with confidence.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows.
• Background in applied mathematics, mathematical modelling, or computational research.
• Experience designing problem sets, assessments, or technical curriculum.
• Familiarity with AI tools or large language model evaluation.
