Mathematics and Science Adjunct Faculty

Job Summary

Madisonville Community College is seeking applicants for part-time faculty positions in the following areas: Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics.

Job Duties

• Part-Time instruction.
• To become proficient in multiple delivery methods including face-to-face day and evening, hybrid, accelerated, and online course modalities and may require travel to multiple campuses or teaching sites.
• Possess professionalism and exemplary communication and presentation skills.
• Foster an active and inclusive learning environment and utilizing our learning management system (Blackboard) for communication and feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in teaching discipline or a Master's degree that includes at least 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline.
• Community college teaching experience is preferred.
• The successful applicant must possess professionalism and exemplary communication and presentation skills.

Pay

$550 per credit hour
