Math Teachers

About the Role

We are looking for teachers who are experts in their content area, are committed to improving student achievement, and will bring enthusiasm to the classroom. We are seeking highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic certified educators for the 2065-27 school year.

Requirements

• Must hold a certificate issued by the New Jersey Department of Education, or meet the requirements for certification, with an endorsement in Middle School Math OR Mathematics
• Middle School positions may also be filled by candidates with the old K-8 certificate
• Knowledge of the NJSLS and NJSLA
• Ability to analyze and use data to drive instruction
• Experience working with students
• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and good moral character
• Must be a critical thinker, problem solver, and respect others
• Computer literate and able to use interactive computer instructional software
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with staff, students, parents, and the community

Qualifications

• New Jersey K-8, Middle School Math, or Mathematics certificate
