Key Responsibilities

• Faith Integration: Model Gospel-centered behavior
• Curriculum and Assessment:
  • Develop and utilize a variety of instructional strategies
  • Adapt materials to varying learning needs
  • Use assessment data to adjust teaching methods
  • Experience with benchmark testing and Universal Design for Learning is preferred
• Student Support:
  • Provide targeted small-group instruction
  • Intervention and extensions to ensure every student reaches their full mathematical potential
• Classroom Management:
  • Establish a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
  • Balance structure with student rapport
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Regularly communicate with parents/guardians and colleagues regarding student progress
  • Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and religious events like school liturgies, prayer services, etc.
