About the role
This is a temporary position to fill a leave of absence for a Middle School Math Teacher.
Responsibilities
- Teach mathematics to students in grades 6-8
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curriculum standards
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe learning environment
Requirements
- Valid Massachusetts teaching license in Mathematics
- At least two years of successful teaching experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
