Depending On Role Placement, Responsibilities May Include

  • Instruction & Student Achievement
  • - Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned math instruction

  • - Use student data to plan targeted instruction and intervention
  • - Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs
  • - Foster mathematical thinking, discourse, and problem-solving
  • - Collaborate with colleagues to improve instructional practice

Required

  • Passion for educational equity and student achievement
  • Strong belief in rigorous math instruction for all students
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics
  • Ability to obtain appropriate Colorado licensure if required

PREFERRED

  • Previous math teaching or instructional experience
  • Demonstrated student achievement results
  • Leadership experience, formally or informally
  • Experience in data-driven instruction
  • Multilingual abilities
  • Experience serving historically marginalized communities

Salary

This is a full-time position. Salary will depend on the specific role, experience, and qualifications. RMP is offering a $5,000 signing bonus to the right candidate.
