Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and support inventory and warehouse clean-up initiatives to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform cycle counts and help keep inventory aligned with demand.
- Cook onboarding of new brakes projects, ensuring materials and processes are in place for successful launches.
- Manage the new vac gen PMA supply, tracking availability and usage.
- Drive second source de-risking efforts to strengthen supply chain resilience.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining a bonded warehouse in compliance with regulations.
- Contribute to Quantum module maturity by ensuring data accuracy and system improvements.
- Track, organize, and maintain documentation related to materials projects and compliance.
- Collaborate with purchasing, production, engineering, and quality to ensure materials availability.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, usage, and variances; highlight trends and issues to leadership.
- Help create and maintain procedures and best practices for materials management.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for department projects and initiatives.
- Act as a backup to the Materials Manager when needed.
Requirements
- Four year degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field is highly preferred; and/or five plus years relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or materials management preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (Quantum experience is highly desirable).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Able to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively across departments.
- Problem-solving mindset with willingness to roll up sleeves and support hands-on tasks.
- Analytical and data driven, with the ability to interpret trends.
- Team oriented with strong communication skills.

Pay
Salary Range: $65,000/year to $100,000/year
