About the role

Responsibilities
- Demonstrates and ensures all employees follow company Safety Policies.
- Supports all projects, including equipment, manpower, and material requirements.
- Solves material discrepancies and communicates resolutions promptly.
- Trains new employees and identifies areas for improvement.
- Provides performance evaluation feedback and leads in implementing improvement projects.
- Coaches and develops employees, giving performance reviews.
- Improves material handling and storage processes to enhance efficiency.
- Maintains adherence to receiving and material handling procedures.
- Facilitates communication between departments regarding materials.
- Analyzes, calculates, and monitors inventory levels.
- Maintains project schedules and implements necessary adjustments.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: 5+ years inventory management or material handling experience with 3+ years of management experience.
- Travel: 0-10%.
- Work Schedule: Between 6 am to 6 pm, or 6 pm to 6 am, Monday through Friday.
