Responsibilities

  • Oversee all warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and kitting activities
  • Provide direction and leadership to all personnel, including CDL drivers
  • Coordinate closely with the Operations Manager to ensure on-time shipments and avoid delays
  • Manage and execute the cycle count process to maintain 100% inventory accuracy
  • Participate in full physical (“4-wall”) inventories as required
  • Track and maintain key performance metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, morale, and environmental standards
  • Train team members on processes, procedures, and best practices
  • Respond quickly to operational issues to minimize disruption and maintain workflow

Requirements

  • Background in materials management, logistics, or supply chain
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years leading or supervising hourly employees
  • Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
  • Working knowledge of WMS systems and Microsoft Office

Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills including, but not limited to, VLOOKUPs, HLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, pivot tables, multi-sheet and multi-workbook data referencing, graphical reporting, trend analysis, and KPI/dashboard creation
  • Strong ability to train and develop team members
  • Demonstrated “first responder” mindset with the ability to act quickly in critical situations

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Initial travel to other sites for training may be required. Possible overtime including weekends.
