About the role
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative materials solutions that drive advancements in semiconductor technology. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services.Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize new materials formulations for semiconductor applications.
- Conduct research and development experiments to test material properties and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and sales to ensure product success.
- Write technical reports and present findings at internal and external meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in materials science or engineering.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor materials and their applications.
- Experience with experimental design and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with materials characterization techniques such as XRD, SEM, and TEM.
- Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with statistical software such as JMP or MATLAB.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
