Responsibilities

• Perform daily picks accurately and report any discrepancies found immediately to the inventory team.
• Keeping error rates minimal and within acceptable ranges; maintaining an efficient work pace; meet or exceed all performance measurements: quantity, accuracy, timeliness, and thoroughness of work performed.
• Operating all machinery in a safe and efficient manner; reporting any safety hazards to assigned supervisor or safety manager; complying with all safety and quality policies, practices and procedures.
• Maintaining a good attendance record and assisting other departments with miscellaneous duties.

Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Basic math functions.
• Proficient with RP scanner.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred and at least 1 year related experience is preferred.
• Indoor, moderately temperature controlled.
• Activity performed on equipment at high levels.
• Moderate physical activity includes: bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 30 pounds
• Utility knife; counter scale; measuring devices; calculator; RF scanner; computer; cherry (order) picker lift
