Materials Planner

About the role

You’ll be responsible for the coordination and execution of all activities related to the purchasing and execution of raw materials. You will work closely with the customer team, suppliers, service delivery, operations, Account Manager, and others.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing activities and order management
• Cycle count and data reconciliation
• Inventory management and invoicing
• Prepare for and participate in business reviews with the customer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in a Supply Chain buyer/planner/logistics environment
• 2+ years of experience with advanced Excel
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (focus on Excel skills)
• Strong communication skills: able to communicate clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Customer service-oriented
• SAP/ERP experience strongly preferred
