About the role

The Materials Management Specialist assists with managing the two bin system, fills and replenishes supply orders and stations for all facilities, loads and unloads supply trucks, sets up new items and par levels in the warehouse, processes department returns, performs data entry, organizes supply rooms and inventory at the facilities, and contributes to the development of processes and procedures. They also assume responsibility for special projects as assigned and communicate courteously to the public.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of the two bin system.
• Fill and replenish supply orders and stations for all facilities.
• Load and unload supply trucks.
• Absorb and set up new items and par levels in the warehouse.
• Process department returns.
• Data entry as required.
• Organize supply rooms and inventory at the facilities.
• Contribute to the development of processes and procedures.
• Assume responsibility of special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred.
