Materials Mgmt Specialist, Marshall Medical Centers South, Full Time, 1st Shift
About the role
The Materials Management Specialist under the supervision of the Materials Management Director will manage the two bin system, fill and replenish supply orders and stations for all facilities, load and unload supply trucks, assist with setup of new items and par levels in the warehouse, process department returns, perform data entry, organize supply rooms and inventory at the facilities, and contribute to the development of processes and procedures. Special projects may also be assigned.
Responsibilities
- Aid in managing the two bin system
- Fill and replenish supply orders and stations for all facilities
- Load and unload supply trucks
- Aid in setting up new items and par levels in the warehouse
- Process department returns
- Perform data entry as required
- Organize supply rooms and inventory at the facilities
- Contribute to the development of processes and procedures
- Assume responsibility of special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred
