About the role

You will impact the smooth operation of our manufacturing and supply chain processes by maintaining accurate material records, supporting procurement activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to ensure material availability for production schedules.
  • Support material planning activities by coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to track orders and deliveries.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow and minimize delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of material transactions and support compliance with inventory control procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in materials management or supply chain support within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and material planning processes.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent for managing material transactions and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze inventory data and identify discrepancies or trends to support continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier coordination to ensure timely material availability.

Skills

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in materials management or supply chain roles.
  • Knowledge of MRP systems and inventory optimization techniques.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting process improvements.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
