About the role
Materials Manager position located in Kennesaw, GA. 100% onsite, permanent direct‑hire role.
Responsibilities
- Lead purchasing and inventory planning across thousands of SKUs.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance metrics, and delivery reliability.
- Drive ERP/MRP accuracy, master data integrity, and inventory optimization.
- Develop KPIs, reporting, and analytics to improve operational performance.
- Lead and develop a team of buyers while fostering a data‑driven culture.
Requirements
- 7+ years of materials, purchasing, procurement, inventory planning, or supply chain experience.
- Manufacturing environment experience required.
- Experience leading buyers, planners, or procurement professionals.
Skills
- Strong ERP/MRP expertise (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, JD Edwards, or similar).
- Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Pay
$120,000 - $125,000 annually + bonus.
