About the role
The Materials Management Associate - Receiving position at our printing plant in Eagan, Minnesota, offers a competitive compensation package including a $2,500 signing bonus after 90 days. The role is available for 2nd shift work from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, with occasional overtime and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Drive a powered industrial vehicle (PIV) equipped with lifting devices such as forklifts, clamps, or trailer hitch to safely push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials.
- Unload trucks and boxcars, perform goods receipts, cycle counting, and order delivery.
- Utilize ERP (SAP) and/or radio frequency (RF) equipment to obtain information or enter transactions regarding material/product movement activities.
- Participate in the company safety program to ensure compliance and contribute to the safety culture.
- Provide data to internal departments as requested.
- Meet or exceed established quality and productivity standards utilizing standard work procedures.
- Implement, perform, and sustain housekeeping procedures to maintain work area and equipment.
- Recommend and implement process improvements.
- Participate in project teams as needed.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as load tags, purchase orders, safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Work history demonstrating good work attendance.
- Previous Forklift certification is preferred but will be trained through classroom and behind the wheel instructions.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of SAP are preferred.
Qualifications

Pay
Base pay ranges from $18 USD to $34 USD per hour, depending on location and qualifications. An annual bonus may also be available based on performance.
Schedule
2nd shift work schedule from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, with occasional overtime and weekend shifts.
