We need to output HTML fragment with headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO, legal, etc). Must not invent or summarize away detail. Must not create sections with placeholder/filler.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
Intro paragraph: "At Air Products, we reimagine what's possible..." etc. That's about the company, maybe "About the role"? Actually "About the role" heading could contain description of role: "This materials specialist role is responsible for all aspects of the spare parts provisioning process supporting Sale of Gas and Sale of Equipment Operate & Maintain projects throughout North and South America. The role ensures critical spare parts requirements are accurately identified, procured, and managed to support safe, reliable, and cost-effective plant operations." That's substantive.
Then "Key Responsibilities" list bullet points.
Then "Principal Accountabilities" list bullet points.
Then "Preferred Skills / Competencies" list bullet points.
Then "What We Offer" list bullet points (benefits). Also there is mention of veteran-friendly etc but that's EEO/boilerplate; we should remove.
Also there is "Founded in 1940..." etc - that's company boilerplate; remove.
Also "We are an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc - remove.
Also "Air Products proudly values the skills, dedication, and leadership that veterans offer..." - that's also EEO/veteran; remove.
Also "#INDCOR" maybe internal code; remove.
Thus sections:
- About the role: includes intro paragraph and maybe the description of role responsibilities summary.
- Responsibilities: combine "Key Responsibilities" and "Principal Accountabilities"? Could separate but both are responsibilities. The instruction: Use

Thus sections:
- About the role: includes intro paragraph and maybe the description of role responsibilities summary.
- Responsibilities: combine "Key Responsibilities" and "Principal Accountabilities"? Could separate but both are responsibilities. The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have a Responsibilities section containing both sets of bullet points.
- Requirements: maybe not present explicitly; there is "Preferred Skills / Competencies" which includes experience, education, etc. That could be under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction says we can have Requirements and Qualifications separate. We need to decide based on content. The posting includes "Preferred Skills / Competencies" with bullet points: 5+ years' experience..., B.S. in an engineering discipline..., Working knowledge of SAP..., Strong analytical..., Ability to interpret..., Inventory management..., Cross-functional collaboration..., Proficiency with Excel... Those are qualifications/skills. Could treat as Skills section. But we also have "Preferred Skills / Competencies" heading; we could map to Skills section.
We also have "What We Offer" which is benefits.
No explicit Pay or Schedule info besides mention of on-call rotation (participate in an on-call rotation supporting operational requirements during weekends and holidays approximately three to four times per year). That's schedule info (on-call). Could be placed under Schedule section. Also maybe mention of work location Allentown, PA (Global HQ) - could be in About the role.
Pay: no salary info; we must not create Pay section if not stated.
Thus sections:
- About the role: includes company intro? Actually "About the role" should be about the role, not company. Could include the description: "This materials specialist role is responsible for all aspects of the spare parts provisioning process supporting Sale of Gas and Sale of Equipment Operate & Maintain projects throughout North and South America. The role ensures critical spare parts requirements are accurately identified, procured, and managed to support safe, reliable, and cost-effective plant operations." Also maybe location.
- Responsibilities: combine Key Responsibilities and Principal Accountabilities bullet points.
- Skills: Preferred Skills / Competencies bullet points.
- Benefits: What We Offer bullet points.
- Schedule: mention of on-call rotation.
We must not include fluff like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must preserve all substantive info; ensure we don't lose any bullet.
Let's extract bullet points.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting and analyzing equipment data for new and existing projects to develop and maintain equipment Bills of Material (BOMs) in SAP.
- Determining appropriate spare parts requirements and recommended stocking quantities in accordance with approved sparing philosophies, operational requirements, and industry best practices.

- Supporting the development of spare parts cost estimates for new project opportunities.
- Activities must be completed within project schedules and budget constraints to support successful plant start-up and long-term operational reliability.
- This role contributes directly to inventory optimization, cost savings, asset reliability, and downtime mitigation through effective spare parts planning and SAP master data management.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Lead provisioning kickoff meetings with project stakeholders to establish scope, deliverables, schedules, and spare parts requirements for new projects.
- Review equipment documentation and apply existing Operations and product-line sparing philosophies to identify required spare parts.
- Coordinate the material master creation and extension process, including submission of requests to the Coding Team for new material numbers.
- Develop, maintain, and validate equipment spare parts BOMs in SAP for all applicable project assets.
- Monitor, track, and forecast project spare parts budgets, and project completion status.
- Support spare parts estimating activities for new project opportunities by working closely with Project Development Engineering, Operations, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and equipment suppliers.
- Establish initial safety stock for new plants by evaluating criticality, existing inventory, reliability considerations, and sparing strategies.
- Identify opportunities to leverage existing inventory across facilities to reduce procurement costs and improve inventory utilization.
- Participate in an on-call rotation supporting operational requirements during weekends and holidays approximately three to four times per year.
Preferred Skills / Competencies:
- 5+ years' experience in materials management, procurement, or related fields is preferred
- B.S. in an engineering discipline or related subject area is preferred
- Working knowledge of SAP, including the ability to navigate and utilize standard transactions, and retrieve and maintain data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret P&IDs, equipment lists, and vendor documentation
- Inventory management and supply chain knowledge
- Cross-functional collaboration and project management skills

- Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time

- Life Insurance (AD&D), Supplemental AD&D
Also there is mention "Air Products proudly values the skills, dedication, and leadership that veterans offer..." but that's EEO; remove.
Also "Founded in 1940..." etc remove.
Now schedule: The on-call rotation bullet is already in Principal Accountabilities. Could we move it to Schedule section? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. The posting does mention on-call rotation; we could create a Schedule section with that bullet. However we must not duplicate content. We could keep it in Responsibilities and also have Schedule? That would duplicate. Better to move it to Schedule section and remove from Responsibilities to avoid duplication. But we must preserve all substantive info; moving is fine as long as we keep the info somewhere. So we can take that bullet out of Principal Accountabilities and put under Schedule.
Thus Responsibilities will exclude that bullet.
Now we need to format HTML.
We'll output:
