Responsibilities
- Assign kits and monitor task completion to support production schedules and ensure material availability
- Support and guide receiving operations, ensuring accurate documentation, labeling, and system transactions
- Oversee and audit material movement to maintain proper handling, storage, and traceability
- Train and coach team members on standard work, safety practices, and material handling procedures
- Audit receiving, inventory, and material flow processes to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities
- Perform and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy and accountability
- Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies related to receiving, movement, or system transactions
- Partner with the Supervisor on planning and executing continuous improvement initiatives focused on materials, inventory, accuracy, and workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Materials Handling, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in materials management or similar field
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices
- Experience with materials handling equipment and systems
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
