Materials Handler - Atlanta, 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory primarily in inpatient units, replenishes supply carts, issues storeroom supplies, and assists in general storeroom functions as necessary.
• Supports nursing units and hospital departments by ensuring that managed supply locations are well stocked and free from expired supplies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or a combination of education and directly applicable related work experience required.
• No prior work experience required.
• Relevant experience in a warehouse or storeroom environment, using an electronic inventory management system, or previous healthcare materials management experience preferred.
• May require a current registration with the state Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician, as applicable.
