Materials Handler

Responsibilities
- Pulls items from stock as required by pick lists and Addendum Bill of Material (ABMs) and assembles job skids with these items.
- Drives a box truck from the warehouse to the Amesbury facility with kit-ups and other materials for production.
- Delivers parts to cells and gathers signatures.
- Sorts recently received items and places these items in their designated storage areas.
- Operates motorized forklifts throughout the factory to move materials from staged/receiving areas to storage or point-of-use locations as needed.
- Loads Munters Shuttle Box truck with Kit-up materials for delivery to Munters Amesbury, MA, Assembly Cells.
- Maintains areas of the stockroom in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Picks, pulls, and packages/crates outgoing shipments.
- Completes outgoing paperwork for shipments.
- Performs or assists with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.
- Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly condition.
- Consistently operate in keeping with all safety rules and requirements.
- Participate in a variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain a specified level of knowledge on new developments, requirements, and policies.
Qualifications
- Has knowledge of the MRP system (Glovia).
- Must be Forklift Certified.
- Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English is required to ensure effective communication, comprehension of work instructions, and accurate documentation.

Physical Demands
- Frequently push and pull up to 50 lbs.
