Responsibilities

  • Pulls items from stock as required by pick lists and Addendum Bill of Material (ABMs) and assembles job skids with these items.
  • Drives a box truck from the warehouse to the Amesbury facility with kit-ups and other materials for production.
  • Delivers parts to cells and gathers signatures.
  • Sorts recently received items and places these items in their designated storage areas.
  • Operates motorized forklifts throughout the factory to move materials from staged/receiving areas to storage or point-of-use locations as needed.
  • Loads Munters Shuttle Box truck with Kit-up materials for delivery to Munters Amesbury, MA, Assembly Cells.
  • Maintains areas of the stockroom in a neat and orderly fashion.
  • Picks, pulls, and packages/crates outgoing shipments.
  • Completes outgoing paperwork for shipments.
  • Performs or assists with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.
  • Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Consistently operate in keeping with all safety rules and requirements.
  • Participate in a variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain a specified level of knowledge on new developments, requirements, and policies.

Qualifications

  • Has knowledge of the MRP system (Glovia).
  • Must be Forklift Certified.
  • Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English is required to ensure effective communication, comprehension of work instructions, and accurate documentation.

Physical Demands

  • Frequently push and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequently lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
  • Frequently stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, climb, maneuver, stoop, squat, grasp, and reach.
  • Visual and aural acuity
  • Listening Training Requirements
