Materials Handler

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join an operations team supporting a fast-paced warehouse and cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up daily logistics operations within warehouse and/or cleanroom environments
• Develop and manage shift-level personnel planning to ensure adequate staffing and output
• Collaborate with operational planning teams to adapt to changing demand and priorities
• Identify and resolve workflow disruptions (e.g., damaged materials, system discrepancies); escalate cross-functional issues as needed
• Set priorities for shop floor teams to ensure timely task completion
• Support and guide junior material handlers on processes and task execution
• Monitor and analyze material flow and quality issues; report findings to leadership
• Ensure adherence to 5S+1 and safety standards through regular workstation inspections
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and operational processes
• Contribute to cross-functional improvement efforts (e.g., value stream mapping, process workshops)

Required Qualifications

• Ace an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Show hands-on experience in logistics, materials management, or supply chain operations
• Show strong knowledge of SAP / SAP ERP systems
• Show proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
• Show experience working in warehouse inventory and logistics environments
• Show Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Show Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Show Experience with data entry, order entry, and shipping/receiving processes
• Show Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Show Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, etc.)
