  Responsibilities

  Under direct supervision, performs duties to receive, retrieve, transfer and store parts and materials for manufacturing operations, reads production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed. Maintains accurate inventory.

  • Fills requisitions, work orders, requests for materials, sales orders, tools or other stock items and deliver items to production areas
  • Assembles orders from stock and places on pallets or in baskets, moves orders to packing station, shipping department or trailers
  • Moves materials as required using lift truck or other means
  • Uses computer and hand held scanner to access information, record transactions and verify data
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  Requirements

  Must be certified to operate required material handling equipment

  • Must be able to learn how to read blueprints and use measuring instruments
  • Should have general knowledge of RhinoAg products and parts
  • Basic math skills and computer data entry skills essential
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written

  Qualifications

  High school diploma or GED certificate preferred or work experience in a related occupation

  • Six months of experience in material handling preferred

  Skills

  Must be certified to operate required material handling equipment
