We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Overview (maybe "About the role"? Actually we have OverviewApplication? The posting includes "OverviewApplication" maybe a formatting glitch. We need to use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading only if there is real content. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO, etc). Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, etc. No Job ID. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content. Let's parse the posting: Location Everett, WA Employment Type Full time Location Type On-site Department Material Science Compensation $159K – $208K OverviewApplication About Helion We are a fusion power company based in Everett, WA, with the mission to build the world's first fusion power plant, enabling a future with unlimited clean electricity. If you need assistance or an accommodation during the interview process, please let us know. Compensation Range: $159K - $208K Powered by Ashby Privacy PolicySecurityVulnerability Disclosure We need to remove EEO boilerplate and other legal lines. Also remove "Powered by Ashby Privacy PolicySecurityVulnerability Disclosure". Also remove duplicate lines like "Compensation Range: $159K - $208K" appears earlier as "Compensation $159K – $208K". We'll keep one. We need to structure sections: - About the role: maybe the overview about Helion and what you will be doing? Actually "OverviewApplication About Helion" is like company overview. Could be "About the role" or "About Helion". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content. We have: - Overview: description of Helion, mission, etc. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About Helion". Since they said "About the role" heading for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). We'll use "About the role" for the company overview and what the role entails? But we also have "What You Will Be Doing" which is responsibilities. So we can put company overview under "About the role". Then responsibilities under "Responsibilities". Then required skills/education under "Requirements" or "Qualifications". They have "Required Skills" which includes degree, experience, etc. Could be "Requirements". Also there is a list of specific skills (tools, etc.) maybe "Skills". But we can combine. We need to avoid thin sections. Let's decide: - About the role: company overview (Helion description) plus maybe mention reporting to Materials Manager, onsite Everett. - Responsibilities: the bullet list of duties: owning workstreams, designing experiments, partnering, reporting, plan/run materials test campaigns, lead failure investigations, develop/follow lab procedures, provide materials input, be effective team member, support/mentor lab technologists, collaborate to troubleshoot. - Requirements: education (Bachelor's/Master's in relevant field or equivalent experience) plus years of experience (3+ years with characterization tools) plus hands-on experience with failure analysis. - Skills: maybe list of specific tools and abilities: Optical/SEM microscopy, mechanical testing, dielectric testing, polymer characterization, fixture assembly, instrumentation/test scripting, safe operation, communication, process oriented approach, documentation, sample hygiene, safety protocols. But we might combine Requirements and Skills if they'd be thin. However we have enough content for both. - Benefits: list of benefits. - Pay: compensation range. - Schedule: maybe not given explicitly; we have Employment Type Full time, Location Type On-site. No schedule details like hours. So we should not create Schedule section if not present. Thus we will output sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay. We need to use

for each heading. Then content: use

for prose,

  • for lists. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics like numbers, etc. Let's extract details: About Helion paragraph: "We are a fusion power company based in Everett, WA, with the mission to build the world's first fusion power plant, enabling a future with unlimited clean electricity. Our vision is a world with clean, reliable, and affordable energy for everyone. Since Helion's founding in 2013, we have raised $1.5 billion from long-time investors such as Sam Altman, Mithril, and Capricorn Investment Group as well as new investors including Thrive Capital, LightSpeed Venture Capital, SoftBank, and others to propel us forward. Our current prototype, Polaris, has reached record-breaking plasma temperatures of 150 million degrees Celsius (13 keV). Helion is continuing to iterate and on the path to the world's first fusion power plant, Orion. This is a pivotal time to join Helion. You will tackle real-world challenges with a team that prizes urgency, rigor, ownership, and a commitment to delivering hard truths – values essential to achieving what no one has before. Together, we will change the future of energy, because the world can't wait." Also mention: "You will report to the Materials Manager, and this is an onsite role located at our Everett, WA office." That could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. I'll include in About the role. Responsibilities bullet list: - You will own well defined workstreams in the lab: designing and running experiments, developing and refining test setups and procedures, and turning data into clear recommendations. - You'll partner closely with senior engineers and cross functional teams to translate results into design and process changes, while receiving guidance on priorities and broader strategy. - You will report to the Materials Manager, and this is an onsite role located at our Everett, WA office. (maybe duplicate) - You Will Plan and run materials test campaigns on materials - Lead failure investigations on structural and polymer-based insulation systems and related components (e.g., insulators, capacitor dielectrics, foils, oils, seals, HV/electrical interfaces) within your scope - Develop and follow lab procedures and checklists for your test areas - Provide materials input to designs in your domain - Be an effective team-member in cross-functional teams and communicate on a regular cadence - Support and mentor lab technologists on specific test methods and setups you own, and collaborate with peers to troubleshoot experiments and fixtures Note there is a typo: "You Will Plan and run materials test campaigns on materialsLead failure investigations..." Actually it's two separate bullet points combined due to missing punctuation. We need to separate: "Plan and run materials test campaigns on materials" and "Lead failure investigations on structural and polymer-based insulation systems..." We'll treat as two. Also "You Will Plan and run materials test campaigns on materials" maybe missing object; but we keep as is. We'll create list items. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience - Hands on experience with failure analysis of materials or components, ideally including electrical insulation systems (e.g., capacitors, HV components, cables, coils) and typical degradation mechanisms. - 3+ years of experience with general materials characterization and FA tools, such as: - Optical and/or SEM microscopy - Mechanical or physical property testing - Dielectric testing and/or basic electrical characterization - Polymer characterization tools (e.g., FTIR, DSC, TGA or similar) But note the list of tools is part of Required Skills paragraph; we might move them to Skills section. However the Required Skills paragraph includes those tools as part of experience. To avoid duplication, we can keep them under Requirements as part of the 3+ years experience description. Or we can split: Requirements: degree, experience, failure analysis. Skills: list of specific tools and abilities. Let's parse the Required Skills paragraph fully: "Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experienceHands on experience with failure analysis of materials or components, ideally including electrical insulation systems (e.g., capacitors, HV components, cables, coils) and typical degradation mechanisms.3+ years of experience with general materials characterization and FA tools, such as:Optical and/or SEM microscopyMechanical or physical property testingDielectric testing and/or basic electrical characterizationPolymer characterization tools (e.g., FTIR, DSC, TGA or similar)Experience working in a lab environment with custom or nonstandard setups, including
