Materials Division Laborer

Responsibilities

• Aid in daily crusher and asphalt plant operations
• Perform cleanup around crushers, conveyors, asphalt plant equipment, and screening equipment
• Load, unload, and move materials and supplies
• Support plant operators, equipment operators, and maintenance personnel as needed
• Maintain work areas for safety and housekeeping
• Carry out general maintenance and labor duties around plants and yard areas
• Operate hand tools and small equipment safely
• Comply with company safety procedures and OSHA regulations
• Capable of performing physically demanding outdoor work
• Willing to work around crushing and asphalt production equipment
• Have reliable transportation and a strong attendance record
• Regularly able to lift 50+ pounds
• Preferred mechanical aptitude and labor experience
• Previous aggregate, asphalt, mining, or crushing plant experience is beneficial, though not mandatory
• Show a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Requirements

• Full-time, year-round work
• Day shift
