Responsibilities

  • Monitor/manage inventory levels using ERP System and 5 Alarm system to ensure smooth production activities.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with customers regarding material issues.
  • Support receiving and production activities to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Analyze and investigate material variances to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate Hot Shots and monitor OSR.
  • Maintain plant safety protocols and assist in their adherence.
  • Perform inventory counts or other tasks as requested by the customer.
  • Identify and suggest areas for continuous improvement within the plant.
  • Assist with planning and analyzing production requirements and implementing supporting material systems and business processes.
  • Work in a rapid-paced environment and demonstrate exceptional people skills.
  • Use Microsoft suite of software, particularly MS Excel, for managing and analyzing data.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and 1+ years of experience in a materials-related field. They should possess experience operating mobile equipment, working in a fast-paced environment, and interacting with people effectively. Strong organizational and analytical skills are also required.
