Material Stocker - Upgrade Material Stocker Trainer

About the role

In addition to the job duties of a Material Stocker, the Trainer, Material Stocker will train, certify, and recertify production associates on material stocking processes to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Remain up to date on all process changes and create and maintain new documentation as needed.
• Recommend updates to training content, materials, and tests.
• Create, update, and maintain Standardized Operating Procedures under the direction of production leadership.
• Conduct Orientation for new Material Stockers, reviewing basic safety, quality, and performance requirements, including SAP T-Codes and other relevant technical skills.
• Objectively evaluate other Material Stockers’ performance.
• Train and work without direct supervision.
• Conduct audits of MOEN Material Stockers’ performance and provide documented feedback to team leads and managers.
• Attend and participate in cadenced training meetings to plan, resource, and execute training actions addressing safety, quality, and performance trends.
• Coordinate with manager to create monthly Material Stocker training schedules and provide recertification training as required.
• Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policy and procedures.
• Participate in monthly safety program activities and assist in development and management of safety inspections.
• Participate in I-engage and I-observe programs.
• Participate in facility Kaizen/6S events and assist in regular 6S audits of all areas in the facility.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in areas of responsibility.
• Actively participate in the production team, providing feedback during process development and continuous improvement.
• Communicate and perform effectively, both independently and in a team environment.
• Perform all duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

• Associate must not have been awarded a job through a posting in the previous six (6) months (exceptions may apply for shift changes, demotions, or business needs).
• Associate must not have been removed from or voluntarily stepped down from the same role in the preceding 6 months.
• No written disciplinary warnings within six (6) months of the posting date.
• Cannot have less than 17 UTO hours.
• Able to work 8+ hours per day and 40+ hours per week.
• Must meet all minimum qualifications outlined on the job bid.
• Self-motivated with good prioritization and organizational skills.
• Sound knowledge of SAP T-codes.

Associates selected will receive necessary training to perform the requirements of this position, including processes and computer requirements. A 90-day probationary period applies to all job postings. An application through Workday must be submitted prior to the posting deadline.

Interested TEMP associates can bid and will have the opportunity to become permanent based on performance. Material Stocker bids are not cell-specific; Production Managers will assign based on production requirements. TEMP associates will only be considered if roles are not filled by current Moen Associates.
