About the Role

What You'll Do
- Develop, solve, and review advanced materials science problems with real-world scientific relevance
- Apply your expertise in semiconductor materials, molecular modeling, or related domains to design and evaluate complex problem statements
- Assess the quality, rigor, and accuracy of AI-generated scientific content and reasoning
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to strengthen model performance
- Ensure scientific clarity, depth, and accuracy across all deliverables
- Work independently on task-based assignments at your own pace
Who You Are
- Master's or PhD in Materials Science, or a closely related field
- Deep expertise in semiconductor materials, molecular modeling, or adjacent areas
- Comfortable coding in Python or MATLAB for research or analytical tasks
- Naturally detail-oriented with high standards for scientific precision
- Strong written communicator — able to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Fully fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
- Background in computational materials science or simulation-based research
- Experience peer-reviewing scientific work or writing technical documentation
- Familiarity with AI tools or machine learning concepts as an end user
