Raytheon Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) is dedicated to ensuring that we design, manufacture and deliver the highest quality, affordable systems to our Customers. We develop and execute the supply chain strategy through all program phases - from our suppliers (and their suppliers) to the Customer, while delivering maximum Efficiency, Effectiveness, Capability and Capacity to our business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Material Program Plans, Subcontract Management Plans, and other strategic planning tools
- Develop and execute Risk & Opportunity plans to meet program commitments & proactively manage mitigation plans
- Support financial management reviews using Earned Value Management through the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process
- Balance strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programs
- Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Operations to create a common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Collaborate with Supply Chain functions for support, as needed
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively act to address program and functional issues
- Provide comprehensive Supply Chain support for gate reviews
- Oversee subcontractor execution performance
- Forecast material sales and meet commitments
- Lead efforts in budgeting and financial management
- Obtain MPM certification level 3 within 1 year of hire
Requirements
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications
- Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Program and/or Project Management role.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
SkillsThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Pay
$107,500 - $204,500
