Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in material planning, inventory management, or supply chain management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in material planning software and ERP systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Proficiency in MRP systems to forecast material needs and schedule procurement.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP): Familiarity with ERP software like SAP or Oracle to manage supply chain processes.

Inventory Management: Ability to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste using PFEP methodologies.

Leverage Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma: Knowledge of lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce defects.

Forecasting: Strong ability to predict future material needs based on production schedules and market trends.

APICS Certification: Certification from the Association for Supply Chain Management (APICS) can be highly beneficial.

Understanding and implementing ISO standards related to materials management.
