Material Handling Laborer - Janitor

Work Location: Pueblo Distribution Center, 31451 United Avenue / 31700 Excellence Avenue West, Pueblo, CO 81001 (On-site)

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Security Clearance: Background Check required

About The Role

Norbeck Technologies is seeking a dual-role Material Handling Laborer / Janitor to support facility maintenance and warehouse operations at the GPO Pueblo Distribution Center in Pueblo, CO.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility janitorial duties (sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom sanitizing).
• Support warehouse order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Assist with truck loading/unloading and restocking storage bins.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized facility environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of general labor, janitorial, or warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License; forklift experience a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and move continuously throughout the shift.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• MHE (Material Handling Equipment) Certified & Trained.
