Material Handler (Warehouse)

About the role

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of equipment used to move packages, documents, heavyweight freight, and dangerous goods. Assists with pallet buildup and breakdown, and acts as a liaison with ULD repair vendors. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• No formal education or experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance and maneuver packages of any weight using appropriate equipment or assistance.
• Capable of walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing stairs, ladders, and working in all weather conditions.
• Must complete all required training and communicate effectively in noisy environments.
• Valid driver’s license needed for motorized conveyance operation.

Work Conditions

Non-safety sensitive position requiring a drug test. Must maintain alertness and operate motorized equipment safely.
