Material Handler (Warehouse)

Position Overview: The role involves the safe and efficient operation of equipment used for transporting packages, documents, heavyweight freight, dangerous goods, and ULDs. The employee assists with pallet buildup and breakdown, particularly for heavyweight freight, and acts as a liaison with ULD repair vendors as needed. Qualifications and Skills: No formal education or experience is required. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance, maneuver packages of any weight with proper equipment, and work in all weather conditions. Physical stamina for walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing stairs/ladders, and working in enclosed spaces is essential. Effective communication in noisy environments and the ability to complete necessary training are also required. Work Conditions: This is a safety-sensitive position requiring a valid driver’s license and passing a drug test. The employee must maintain alertness and operate motorized conveyances safely. Compensation and Benefits: The pay range is $21.91/hr - $25.97/hr. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and educational assistance benefits starting upon hire. Part-time employees working sufficient hours are also eligible. Company plans are governed by formal documents, with potential for amendments.
