About the role
Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Material Handler - Warehouse - 2nd Shift to join our team on Badger Dr. in Waukesha, WI!
Responsibilities
- Shipping and receiving Material Handlers are responsible for the smooth, efficient flow of all raw material and fabricated material into, throughout, and out of Badger Drive.
- Use forklifts (stand up and sit down), walk along, and a 5-ton crane as needed to complete daily job duties.
- In This Function, You Will:
- Deliver finished fabricated parts from fabrication area or the e-coat lines to the shipping dock and fills out necessary paperwork.
- Load and unload trucks for inbound and outbound material.
- Complete shipment paperwork and SAP transactions for inbound and outbound material.
- Move pallets of in-process work to where they are accessible to other customers.
- Keep department provided with pallets and disposed of unusable pallets.
- Put parts away in storage racks or floor locations.
- Dispose of scrap materials to designated scrap locations within the plant.
- Locate material with proper identification attached and turn receiving paperwork into office.
- Receive, locate, and ship parts daily to assure proper customer service commitments are maintained.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of previous experience operating a forklift.
- Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.

Skills
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 LBS; bend, twist, grab, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, use both hands to lift and lower materials, and perform all other essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.

Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $21.45 + $2.50 shift differential.
Schedule
The core hours are 3 pm - 11 pm. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.
