Material Handler/ Trainer Shift Lead-Day shift

Responsibilities

• Understand, implement, and support completion of the daily plan
• Assist or lead pre-shift meetings
• Assign and delegate work as required; complete training assignments
• Provide necessary PPE, equipment, and tools to complete work
• Conduct employee performance reviews and follow up on progress
• Act as backup to the Training Supervisor during their absence
• Collect and communicate performance data
• Control work documents
• Authorize UKG payroll
• Generate shift reports
• Ensure a safe and secure work environment
• Perform process audits
• Other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager
