Material Handler / Stand-Up Forklift

About the role

A busy food-distribution warehouse is looking for a Material Handler to load, unload, pick, pack, ship, and receive items accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and reach forklifts safely
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management
• Stage products and prepare shipments
• Maintain warehouse paperwork and records
• Adhere to performance standards for quality and productivity

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and demonstrate physical stamina
• At least 2 years of forklift operating experience, including clamp and slip-sheet
• Strong attention to detail, organization, dependability, and teamwork
• Flexibility for overtime and occasional Saturdays
