As part of stow Group, we have over 40 years of experience, 10 manufacturing facilities, 19 commercial offices, and 2000 employees serving customers in 40 countries. Our U.S. office, opened in early 2021, has grown to around 50 people and continues to expand.

Responsibilities

• Receive instructions from supervisors or warehouse support regarding loading schedules and organize work based on order priorities.
• Follow scan/SAP instructions for replenishment needs and management directives to improve work methods and prevent complaints or damages.
• Provide instructions to order pickers and take initiative to enhance productivity and avoid complaints.
• Check prepared orders and ensure proper storage of completed orders.
• Ensure overseas packaging complies with required standards.
• Adapt to changes in work priorities and maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Respect environmental guidelines and ensure compliance with safety rules, monitoring safety practices among team members.
• Report relevant information to supervisors by completing end-of-shift reports.
• Assist colleagues as needed and request creation of new storage locations to avoid order splits.
• Check open transfer orders (TOs) daily to ensure completion before loading begins.
• Transmit location data to supervisors for correct master data updates.
• Assist with inventory and cycle counting.
• Promote best practices among order pickers and propose improvement initiatives.
• Perform tasks assigned to order pickers when availability allows.
• Conduct 5S audits according to instructions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials in accordance with OSHA lifting guidelines.
• Familiarity with power tools, including torque wrenches and basic hand tools.
• Forklift license (certification or authorization) with at least 2 years of recent experience.
• Experience working in a high-paced, mass production, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to detect anomalies.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
