Responsibilities

• Picking Orders: Accurately pick orders to fulfill client demands using a pallet jack. Stage products in appropriate areas, stack, package, band, shrink wrap, and label products as needed.
• Quality Control: Verify that products and orders meet quality standards, report damages or discrepancies, and follow standard operating procedures.
• Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance: Execute safety protocols, maintain a clean and orderly work area, and comply with standard operating procedures, corporate policies, and safety rules.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently, report equipment issues, and follow prescribed work methods.
• Maintenance: Perform or assist in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in unregulated temperatures.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to perform tasks in a timely manner.
• Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Skills and Abilities

• Basic to intermediate mathematical skills for verifying quantities and performing duties related to product handling, storage, and distribution.
• Computer skills not specified.
• Language skills: English (reading, writing, verbal).

Pay

The expected base pay rate for this position is $23.92. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
