Material Handler - Level 3 - 1st Shift

About the role

As a Material Handler - Level 3 at Honeywell, you will support supply chain operations by managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products. Your work will ensure the smooth flow of materials to meet production schedules and customer demands efficiently. You will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager and work on-site at our Clearwater, FL location. This role impacts overall supply chain efficiency by ensuring accurate and timely handling of materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting production and shipping activities within the Aerospace business unit.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and supplies according to company standards.
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment to internal departments or external customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move materials within the facility.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality teams to support timely delivery and production schedules.

Requirements

You must have:

• Experience in material handling within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and material handling equipment operation.
• Ability to accurately track and manage inventory using warehouse management systems or ERP tools.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance related to material storage and movement.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery safely and efficiently.
