Material Handler- Lead - Inventory

About the role

DSV is seeking an experienced and motivated Inventory Team Lead to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accurate inventory counts and tracking of goods in our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of inventory associates to perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and processes
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments of goods
• Enter data into inventory management system accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain organized and clean inventory storage areas
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
• Prepare regular inventory reports for management
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or related field
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Strong computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cycle counting or other inventory control methods

• Experience working in a regulated environment, such as food or pharmaceuticals

Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of inventory associates.

Pay

For this position, the expected base pay is $28.00 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time position with 1 opening per shift:

• Shift 1A: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & every other Wednesday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Shift 1B: Every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
• Shift 2A: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & every other Wednesday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Shift 2B: Every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
