Material Handler III (10:30 AM - 7:00 PM)

About the role

This is a full-time position of 40 hours working Monday through Friday (10:30 AM – 7:00 PM). No Weekends or Holidays!! Paid Time Off includes 18 days available during your first year. Imperial offers Day 1 benefits including medical, dental, vision. Seven paid holidays and the company contributes 6% to a 401K with immediate vesting.

Responsibilities

• Packaging inbound material including assortment kit assembly using package labeling system and printers, automated packaging equipment, scales, tape guns, mechanical stapler, and shrink wrapping
• Document packaging activity using radio frequency scanners and keyboard data entry
• Pick orders using powered industrial equipment
• Conduct cart put away and restock picking
• Assist with inventory cycle counts on powered industrial equipment
• Partner with Quality Control personnel to ensure only authorized, quality goods are packed into stock

Requirements

• A High School diploma/GED equivalent
• One year of general knowledge of distribution/ manufacturing operations
• Average math skills and effective reading & writing skills
• Problem solving ability and attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to spend most of the time standing and walking in a warehouse environment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
