Material Handler II, Forklift, 2nd Shift

About the role

Responsible for in‑coming and out‑going order processing and documentation, including generating delivery/shipping documents. Liaises with internal and external transport companies/departments for timely in‑coming/out‑going shipments. Ensures prompt and accurate declaration of permits and prompt delivery and clearance of shipments. Investigates and actions all non‑conformance and recommends corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing orders and maintain related documentation.
• Generate delivery and shipping documents.
• Liaise with internal and external transport companies/departments to ensure timely shipments.
• Declare permits accurately and ensure prompt delivery and customs clearance.
• Investigate non‑conformance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Work under moderate supervision.
• Handle routine problems, occasionally requiring interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.
• Communicate information that may need explanation or interpretation.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience.
• May require vocational or technical education.
