Material Handler - Forklift 2nd shift

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, store, stage, and transport finished goods throughout the facility.
• Work safely in all areas of the manufacturing operation, including areas where fiberglass-containing products are manufactured, while consistently utilizing required personal protective equipment (PPE) and following all safety procedures.
• Pick, pull, and prepare customer orders, including full and partial pallets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer specifications.
• Load outbound trucks, verify shipments against shipping documents, and report any damaged or missing products to the Shipping Lead or Warehouse Manager.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping paperwork, product labeling, and related documentation to meet customer and company requirements.
• Assist with inventory counts, reconciliation activities, warehouse organization, housekeeping, and other warehouse operations to maintain an efficient and orderly Finished Goods warehouse.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., forklifts, order picker, pallet jacks).
