Job Description
Candidate Requirements
- High School diploma or Job-related experience.
- Warehouse or production manufacturing experience.
- Ability to read and write for documentation purposes.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds when necessary.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities
- To always work with a safety 1st no compromise attitude.
- To maintain a safe and clean production area.
- To relieve packers for breaks and lunches, assuring everyone follows the allowed 10/20-minute times.
- To correctly finish paperwork neatly and within the allotted time.
- To gather and distribute materials in assigned work cells.
- To process finished goods to the warehouse utilizing a motorized vehicle when necessary.
- To assist and train shift personnel on lines when necessary.
- To police as well as follow all company policy and procedures.
- To lead by example and help maintain pride of ownership and harmony among all employees.
- To perform any duty as deemed necessary by the supervisor/manager.
- To work weekends when required.
- To be able to cover for vacation for other employees.
