Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Attention to Detail: Minimize errors and ensure accurate documentation.
Quality Checks: Perform quality checks on all outgoing and incoming shipments.
Reliability: Adhere to work schedules and complete responsibilities on time.
Parts Order Pulling: Locate and pack parts based on order details, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
Order Packing: Secure items in shipping boxes using spray foam and pre-shaped foam inserts.
Shipping Orders: Process UPS and FedEx domestic orders through shipping software, ensuring correct labeling and postage.
RMA Receiving: Unpack returned items, initiate RMA process, and inspect received goods.
Receiving: Verify supplier deliveries against purchase orders and process received goods into inventory.
Forktruck Operation: Safely operate forklifts for moving large and heavy items.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: None
Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic understanding of shipping/receiving/warehouse processes and previous lift truck experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities
Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
Teaching Abilities: Teach others with compassion and understanding, recognizing that all people learn differently.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
Work in a manufacturing or production environment.
Manual dexterity tasks, including using hand and small power tools.
Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling heavy objects or equipment.
Standing for extended periods.
Navigating lift trucks safely around others in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to Lift
Up to 50 lbs.
