Primary Duties And Accountabilities
- Select and load materials onto trailers and trucks according to specifications.
- Strap and secure loads to prevent movement during transport.
- Drive company vehicles such as forklifts to move materials between locations.
- Assist in delivering materials to field and company locations.
- Process returned materials and ensure proper documentation.
- Absorb and check received materials for accuracy.
- Put away stocked materials in designated areas.
- Pick up material request tickets and fulfill them promptly.
- Manage open stock levels and ensure efficient inventory management.
- Respond to callouts for shiftwork and overtime as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Ability to produce legible written documents.
- Ability to learn and operate material handling equipment, including hand-operated and machine-powered tools.
- Eligibility to meet Company driving standards, including possession of a valid driver's license.
- Completion of CAST testing.
- Completion of qualifying schools.
