Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Work closely with the management team to understand daily line demand
• Validate contents of kits to various areas within the factory
• Ensure proper procedures are followed when procuring missing parts
• Confer with production, sales, and warehouse to expedite production needs
• Collaborate and reconcile missing parts in station occurrences
• Assist in orchestrating material movement and storage locations
• Verify production needs through the shop to ensure minimum downtime
• Deliver kits/parts to the correct build station/trailer serial number
• Aid in making up whole kits requested to the line with known parts shortages
• Remain aware of advanced production needs and prepare for at least three days in advance by area
• Track and record accuracy of critical parts tracker
• Communicate inaccuracies to leadership in a timely manner
• Be available for working overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Understanding of warehouse software application packages and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Knowledge of warehousing and production fundamentals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Prioritize coordination and direction of operations
• Possess High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED)
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Minimum 2 years forklift experience
