Material Handler (Full Time) - Overnight Shift

Responsibilities
- Load and unload raw materials; verify batch codes and expiration dates
- Replenish materials in bins/hoppers to prevent shortages
- Report damaged or inconsistent materials to leadership
- Wrap products manually or using a wrapping machine
- Label and verify product selection and quantity
- Perform basic housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean work area
- Enter data using paper forms, computers, or tablets
- Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Three or more months of Nestle production experience preferred
- A high school diploma or GED preferred
- One to two years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Understanding of material handling and equipment preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
- Flexible to work overtime based on business needs
Skills
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and digital tools
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Able to read, write, and understand English
- Team-oriented and dependable
Pay
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $22.76. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.

Schedule
This role operates on the 3rd shift, with a schedule of Sunday- Friday, 11:00PM–7:30AM.
Onboarding
To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.
