Responsibilities

  • Load and unload raw materials; verify batch codes and expiration dates
  • Replenish materials in bins/hoppers to prevent shortages
  • Report damaged or inconsistent materials to leadership
  • Wrap products manually or using a wrapping machine
  • Label and verify product selection and quantity
  • Perform basic housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean work area
  • Enter data using paper forms, computers, or tablets
  • Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • One to two years of manufacturing experience
  • Understanding of material handling and equipment
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift
  • Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
  • Flexible to work overtime based on business needs

Skills

  • Comfortable using computers, tablets, and digital tools
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Able to read, write, and understand English
  • Team-oriented and dependable

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $21.26. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.

Schedule

This role operates on the 2nd shift, with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 3:00PM - 11:30PM.

Onboarding

To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.
