About the role
This opportunity is a full-time and benefits-eligible position. Shift Evening Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm Monday - Friday Overtime and Weekend required based on business needs.

Major responsibilities
- Move, stack, load, and unload products and materials effectively and efficiently.
- Lift, stack and un-stack products and materials.
- Move raw materials and finished goods to processing or dispatch areas of facility.
- Make sure goods are stored in the correct area of the plant and/or warehouse so they may be located easily.
- Load and unload transport vehicles, making sure loads are evenly and securely placed, per bill of lading.
- Make minor adjustments to the forklift.
- Complete daily Pre-Op Inspection Sheet.
- Pull product and stage orders.
- Follow all guidelines as set forth in the forklift driver’s manual and policy.
- Work both indoors and outdoors.
- Work safe and report all unsafe working conditions and/or unsafe acts to supervisor immediately.
- Knowledge of structural shapes and sites.
- All other duties as required.
Knowledge
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience with telehandler forklift in a construction environment.
Ability
- To warehouse machinery safely and efficiently, including forklifts.
- To be physically capable of performing the job's essential duties and lifting up to 75lbs.
- To understand written and oral job instructions.
- To follow all safety standards and policies.
- To multitask and assist the production team when required.
- To be able to read measuring tape.
- To be able to work independently and in teams.
Mental requirements
- Normal level of visual acuity needed.
- To be able to understand and follow directions.
- Normal hearing level needed.
- Hand-eye coordination required.
Hazards
- Weather, fumes, moving mechanical parts, high noise levels, equipment, and vibration.
